Our platform
We operate an event-driven, highly scalable, containerized microservices ecosystem, leveraging .NET, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Angular, and various third-party products and services.
With over 70 microservices running in high availability on the AWS Cloud, our infrastructure spans multiple AWS services across more than 10 servers and integrates with 10+ external systems. This distributed architecture, combined with 24/7 heavy usage, presents ongoing challenges in performance optimization, workload isolation, and fault tolerance—challenges we proactively address through automation, observability, and resilient design patterns.
We embrace DevOps best practices to ensure reliability and seamless deployments. Our fully automated CI/CD pipeline allows us to deploy frequently with minimal risk, leveraging automated deployments, canary releases, and infrastructure-as-code principles. Every change is validated through rigorous unit, integration, and E2E testing, ensuring smooth upgrades to the latest stack versions without disruption.

Job description
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our platform team and help scale our cloud-based SaaS solution. This is a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, tackle complex challenges, and continuously grow in a fast-paced, agile environment.
The platform team you will join drives innovation, mentoring our three product teams and introducing new technologies that push boundaries. We don’t settle for the status quo—we evolve, innovate, and lead.
If you join our team you will:
- Drive DevOps best practices, including IaC, CI/CD, and static code analysis
- Ensure high performance and reliability through monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Grafana, Graylog, CloudWatch, and New Relic
- Collaborate in an agile development environment with a focus on quality, SOLID principles, and scalable software design
- Design, build, and scale AWS cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain microservices and distributed event-driven systems
- Optimize and troubleshoot NoSQL and SQL databases, including MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and SQL Server
Required skills
- DevOps & CI/CD expertise with technologies like Terraform, TeamCity, and SonarQube
- Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Expertise in database monitoring and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Strong coding skills in .NET / .NET Core, PowerShell, and JavaScript
- Passion for learning and adopting new technologies
Nice-to-Have Skills
- EUnderstanding of IT security best practices
- Experience with OAuth2 and OpenID authentication protocols
- Interest in AI and machine learning (PyTorch, FastAI, or similar)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
