Streamline Field Representative Tracking with Remote Check-In

Streamline Field Representative Tracking with Remote Check-In

At Repsly, we are constantly working to improve the work routines of every field rep and provide actionable insights for managers. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our latest product update – Remote Check-In! This new solution will help reps manage their day-to-day work and enable managers to generate more accurate reporting from rep store visits.

WHY REMOTE CHECK-IN?

Improved Rep Reporting and Activity Management:

With Remote Check-In, reps will have the ability to log off-site work, including sales calls, administrative tasks, or training sessions. This allows managers to have a more detailed view of field team activity and make informed decisions based on visit history.

Experience Remote Check-in

Informed Decision-Making:

Remote Check-In provides reps with the ability to seamlessly differentiate time spent for on-site and off-site activities. This can help reps more effectively track their activities and make informed decisions based on their visit history. For example, if a rep can quickly identify that their last three interactions with an account were phone calls, they know it may be best to schedule an on-site/in-person visit next.

Streamline Internal Reporting Processes:

The ability to segment reporting criteria based on visit type can help streamline internal reporting processes and inform compensation, among other reporting items. This enhanced reporting capability can help in instances where a manager would like to identify how much time their reps are spending on-site vs. remote.

Enabling Remote Check-In:

All Repsly users will have access to this product update and can enable Remote Check-In within their Application Settings. This update will be included as a pop-up when a web user logs in for the first time and will be added to the help launchpad.

Remote Check-In is a significant quality-of-life improvement for field representatives and managers alike. This new visit option will enhance field representative tracking and provide more insights into the type of visits being conducted.

We can’t wait for you to experience the benefits of Remote Check-In!
