Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but the pesky 6:00 am call can be a hassle. Save yourself 15 minutes asleep and prep ahead with our chocolate chip banana overnight oats! This grab and go breakfast tastes as good as it looks and is as quick as it is delicious.
These overnight oats are decadent with the nibbles of Cacao, but they don’t sacrifice health for flavor. The recipe packs in key nutrients like potassium from the banana, calcium from the milk, and uses natural sugars to make it sweet. Bland, hot oatmeal has been left in the past for this creamy, sweet, and filling breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
⅓ of a cup of quick cook oats
½ banana, diced
⅓ - ⅔ of a cup of milk
2 tablespoons of Navitas Cacao Nibs
In a container of your choosing, stir maple syrup in with milk until combined. Then, add quick cook oats. Fold in Navitas Cacao Nibs and banana. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning for breakfast or for a satisfying afternoon snack!
